⊕ FASCIAL/CONNECTIVE TISSUE RELEASING techniques

What is Fascia ? It is like memory foam in that it changes shape and length depending on the harmony or stresses the body experiences.

⊕ CRANIOSACRAL Therapy

This technique can be described as a positional release. It releases the position of injury from the body by having the practitioner support the body into the position it was in at the moment of injury thus creating some laxity in the fibers of connective tissue that have been holding and protecting for sometimes a very long while.

⊕ C.O.A.T. – A COURSE OF APPLIED TENSEGRITY

The same process occurs although in a different somewhat indirect way with C.O.A.T. The body’s fascia is gently stimulated to begin softening and rehydrating through a rocking manipulation of the lines of fascia through the body beginning with the Anterior Superior Facial line while you are lying on your back.

⊕ REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPY

Massage is the systematic and gradual deepening of relaxation throughout the layers of muscle tissue.

⊕ QIGONG

“Qi” means the body’s life force or energy. “Gong” means the cultivation of skillfulness So Qigong is a practice to help you to become skillful in managing the health of your own body’s life force energy.

⊕ MEDICAL QIGONG

In a Medical Qigong Therapeutic session a Sacred Space is opened by the practitioner that brings present all the higher consciousness of yourself (your higher self) and any of your other spiritual helpers with the intent that they keep the space free of negative energies and help you to resolve old worries, insults or traumas still energetically and expensively present.

⊕ DISTANCE TREATMENTS

Treatments with energy can be done from a distance when therapist and client live too far apart to get together.
"My
 experience
 with
Megan
 was
excellent.
 She
is
 highly
 skilled,
 knowledgeable
 and
experienced
as
 a

the
physical
aspects
of

 Words
 I
 would
use
to
 describe
Megan's

 holistic,
 nurturing,
 attuned,
 insightful,
 an
 advocate
for
the
physical
 and
 energetic
 bodies.
 Her
 dedication
 and
 commitment
to
her
 growth
 as
a

and
 a
healer
make
her
a
 huge
asset
to
her
 profession."

"Being treated / spoiled with Megan's unique talent was and still is a most uplifting experience and pleasure ! The 'session' included energetically setting up the space for her offerings. This was enormously important as well as her asking for allowance to start the treatment on a energetical bases. This preparation and great gesture made me feel welcome and opened already a portal towards the betterance and the treatments to come. Her treatment was mind-blowing. She 'worked' on me with gentleness, very precise, filled with grace and ease and absolutely knowing the blockages in my body and how to remove / open up and release those in order to get MY energy flowing again. I am very grateful for her offerings - thanks Megan ! And look forward to get more energy flowing - free the Qi (-; " - Heiner (Kelowna)
